LICENSEE GENERAL INFORMATION

Waipuna does not sell direct to end users, but licences and leases the equipment to approved operators. Licensees, to date, have been both municipal councils and private contractors.

A 48 month lease is usually offered. This covers full training of operators and a technical person, while additional benefits such as warranty, technical staff on call, and marketing support assist in the successful establishment of the system.

Although 12, 24 and 36 month lease options are available, these incur higher charges.
